You can contact the Bureau by dropping-in at our offices or outreach sessions, calling our Advice Line or by emailing us.
When you first contact the bureau, you will be given a 10 minute assessment interview. This interview is to decide on the next steps in helping you with your enquiry.
You will be...
- Given quality assured information to help you take the next step yourself
- You may just need something clarified for you to continue yourself
- If your enquiry is more complex, you will be offered an appointment
- We may give you details of other agencies who can offer more relevant help for your needs.
